WHY DOMINICA?

Since 1993, investors have been able to apply for state citizenship in Dominica. It is a program that is among the most reasonably priced in the Caribbean with a minimum investment of $100,000. The Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program has been recognized as the top CBI program in the world.

One of the happiest countries in the world, a politically and economically stable democratic state, it is also abundant in pure water, all kinds of exotic fruits, greens, and vegetables, the land of summer, sea, and sun. It is also a paradise for everyone looking for a better place to live.

In Dominica, where tourism is still in its infancy with only 50,000 tourists a year on average, agriculture is still the main driver of the country's economy. Dominica might be the place for you if you want adventure in a beautiful setting, calm, safety, and an active lifestyle.

DOMINICA CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM

Dominica passports are obtained through financial investments in the economy of the nation, such as real estate purchases or non-refundable contributions to governmental funds.

After three years, you can sell the house. Nonetheless, the next owner may take part in the investment program if property is sold within five years.

Dominica has a citizenship by investment scheme that awards foreigners direct citizenship for an unlimited period of time in exchange for meeting investment requirements. One of the most affordable citizenship programs in the world is this one.

DOMINICA CITIZENSHIP PROGRAM

Get a Dominican passport and citizenship, regardless of changes in government leaders or policy, your Dominica citizenship is permanent and cannot be revoked.

As part of this program, you can obtain citizenship and a passport in exchange for making a direct contribution to the socioeconomic development of the nation.

LEGAL HISTORY

The citizenship act, which was passed in 1993 and is backed by the government, was based on chapter vii, section 101 of the constitution, and it stated that anyone who has lived continuously in Dominica for five (5) years is eligible to apply for naturalization and get citizenship.

As a result of a 1993 revision to the commonwealth of Dominica citizenship act, the idea of economic citizenship by investment was created, and investors who made investments in the quantity and manner required by the government were exempt from the residency requirement.

The government agency in charge of handling and reviewing each application as well as carrying out stringent due diligence checks is the Citizenship-by-Investment Unit (CIU).

If a potential citizen is found to pose a danger to national security, reputation, or is under criminal investigation, they will not be granted citizenship. The same applies if they have been refused a visa to a nation with which Dominica has a visa-free travel agreement.

Obtaining citizenship is an entirely remote procedure, and the only way to apply is through a licensed agent.
